Refund and Returns Policy
At Khuladibba Enterprises, customer satisfaction is our top priority. This policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled for our products.
Return Policy
Our return policy is valid for 3 days from the date of delivery. If 3 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Unboxing Video: Customers must provide an Uncut unboxing video taken at the time of opening the package to report:
- Missing items
- Damaged or defective products.
The product must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received.
- In its original packaging.
We cannot accept returns for:
- Products mistakenly ordered by the customer.
- Items that are used, damaged due to customer negligence, or no longer in their original condition.
- Orders that have been dispatched (except for damage/defect cases).
- Damaged or Defective Products
Steps to Report:
- If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Email info@khuladibba.com within 3 days of delivery.
- Attach:
- An unboxing video showing the issue.
- Clear photos of the damaged or defective product.
- Resolution:
- After verification, we will offer one of the following:
- A replacement for the defective or damaged item.
- A refund (for eligible cases).
Refund Policy Eligibility:
- Refunds are issued for approved returns only.
- Process: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection via email.
- Refunds will be processed as follows:
- Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment method.
- COD Orders: Only discount vouchers or coupons will be issued.
- Note: Refunds will be processed after deducting any applicable shipping charges incurred by Khuladibba Enterprises.
Exchange Policy
- We replace products only if they are defective or damaged.
To Request an Exchange:
- Email info@khuladibba.com with:
- Your order number.
- Photos/videos of the defective item.
- Details of the replacement product.
- After approval, ship the product to: 594/9 Masiha Ganj Sipri Bazar Jhansi
Order Cancellation:
- Orders cannot be canceled once they have been dispatched.
Undelivered or RTO (Return to Origin) Orders:
- Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be processed after deducting shipping charges.
- COD Orders: Re-dispatching COD orders to the same customer is not allowed.
- Return Shipping Costs
- The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- For products valued above ₹1000, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
